introduction

Pastor Gail is a native of Minneapolis, Minnesota. She grew up in a home filled with the love, care, and nurturing of her mother and maternal grandmother. However, it was troubled teen years and the death of several siblings due to a horrific fire that became the catalyst for fueling her compassion, understanding, and commitment in reaching out to assist and empower women from all walks of life.

Gail married her fellow classmate, Nathaniel J. Mullen, in 1967, and together they entered into working with their community. This was the beginning of Outreach Church, a non-denominational multicultural organization in North Minneapolis. Through Outreach Church, her passion blossomed into programs focused on helping others rise from poverty conditions and work towards achieving their potential. These efforts included the creation of a food and clothing bank, as well as providing free hot meals to the community five days a week.

Gail, her husband, and their four sons later relocated to Seattle and founded Victorious Life Christian Center in Renton, Washington. Here, Pastors Gail and Nathaniel serve as the senior leaders for this local assembly. www.victoriouschristian.org

Gail has established herself as an authentic and highly effective communicator and passionate leader.  She believes that a spiritual, social, and emotional balance is the foundation of a productive life.
